I have always been satisfied with the service my vehicles receive at your establishment.  I firmly believe that regular maintenance assures the extended trouble-free service life of a vehicle, and while having such maintenance performed at a Jeep dealer, like yours, may cost a little more, you have the trained mechanics and specialized equipment to do the work quickly and efficiently.  I would drive my 1999 Cherokee to the ends of the earth, it’s so reliable, and Don Phillips Jeep has helped me keep it that way for over 150K miles. 

Your sales and service people are also very courteous…………….Thanks!

It is also very helpful to have the early morning hours you offer as I can get routine stuff like oil changes done before I go to the office.

Hey, you guys are doing something right – I’ve purchased four vehicles to date from Don Phillips……………………….

One last thing:  even excellent service can only go so far……………………….you also need a product that stands up.  Jeeps have impressed me with their solid construction and common sense design.  Bottom line – “If you can’t get there in a Jeep, you don’t really need to go.”

Next year…………………….maybe a new Liberty!

Janie --

I would have given the service I received last week a "5" anyway, but now I'm ready to give you guys a ten!  The service was great, had no problems, the service guys was informative and kept me posted on everything - there is the 5.  Over the weekend, I noticed a noise that was not there when I brought my Jeep in last week.  I popped in to the dealership today - close to 5 PM - and asked for some assistance.  The mechanic that worked on my vehicle was right there, we went for a ride and the noise was heard.  The mechanic went out of his way and stayed late and fixed the problem (a minor one) while I waited.  How great was that!  That's where you get the 10!  I drive my vehicle 40 miles each way to and from work and was concerned about the noise and what would happen if it wasn't fixed immediately - and you fixed it immediately!  Thank you thank you thank you thank you.  Great job.  Greatly appreciated and all that stuff.

July Welcome Party

On Tuesday, July 22, 2008 we celebrated our Welcome Party. Every other month, we welcome our new customers back to the dealership for food, fun and prizes. This party gives our customers the opportunity to meet employees from our sales, service and parts department as well as ask any questions they may have and tour our facilities. We would like to thank Janie Silbernagel, our Five Star Coordinator, for all the hard work she put in to coordinating this event. We also appreciate all the time and effort all of our employees put forth before, during and after the event! Many thanks to all!

This past party was a great success! We had a fantastic turn out (over 50 guests) and gave away several door prizes as well as our grand prize – a $400 gas card! The winner of our grand prize was Mr. Chandra Poudel. Congratulations! Please enjoy some pictures below of the event. 

We would like to thank all of our customers who were in attendance as well as invite any who were not able to attend to our next party – which will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 7:00 PM. We look forward to seeing you!
